Leveling Washers

Compensate for tolerance variations and uneven mounting surfaces. Choose spherical male/female sets for die and fixturing work, or beveled washers shaped to fit inside I-beams and U-channels.

• 18-8 Stainless Steel— Good chemical resistance and mildly magnetic — the most corrosion-resistant option.
• Steel & Black-Oxide Steel— Strong, hardened steel; black-oxide adds mild corrosion resistance in dry environments.
• Galvanized & Zinc-Plated— Coated for corrosion resistance in wet environments.
• Aluminum— Lightweight and corrosion resistant in wet environments.
• Iron / Black-Oxide Iron— Beveled for I-beam flanges; provide a parallel bearing surface.
