Tamper-Resistant Nuts

Hard-to-remove nuts for objects in public spaces such as signs, lighting fixtures, and displays. Choose from breakaway, tri-groove, drilled-spanner, sloped, and serrated-edge styles in aluminum, zinc, zinc-plated steel, and 18-8/316 stainless.

• Breakaway— Hex head breaks off at a set torque, leaving a non-removable cone.
• Tri-Groove Drive— Narrow profile; install with a tri-groove socket and driver.
• Drilled Spanner Drive— Wide base with two drilled holes; install with a spanner nutdriver.
• Sloped— Smooth sloped sides resist grabbing with standard wrenches.
• Serrated-Edge Drive— Serrations dig into the surface to resist loosening.
