Threaded Rods
Anchor, connect, or hang components in a wide variety of applications, from mounting I-beams to suspending light fixtures.
- Medium-Strength Steel— Tensile strengths from 110,000 to 125,000 psi — strong enough for most industrial applications such as anchoring machinery and connecting pipe flanges.
- Zinc-Yellow-Chromate-Plated / Zinc-Plated Steel— The most common choice for areas with occasional exposure to moisture.
- Black-Oxide Steel— Dark, matte coating that creates a finished look. Best for dry environments.
- Corrosion-Resistant PTFE-Coated Steel— PTFE coating protects steel from corrosion and pitting when exposed to chemicals.
- Stainless Steel— 18-8 and 316 stainless rods resist rust and chemicals in wet and outdoor environments.
- Other Materials— Aluminum, titanium, nickel, bronze, brass, plastic, and carbon fiber for specialty needs.
